What an eventful Saturday...
I spent the morning doing some furniture shopping! I got a new red leather durablend sectional, dinette set with high chairs, and an accent rug. I'd been debating changing up the decor of my apartment for a while and on the way to the bank to withdraw some cash, I saw exactly what I wanted in a store window. The stars aligned perfectly, and I got a great price for everything!
Later that day...
My sister, Jocelyn, and I were so excited to see if the reviews we heard were true! I was pleasantly surprised how well the movie was remade into a stage play. Everyone did an amazing job, and Da Brat killed the Cleo death scene, which you can see below!
Kudos to Je'Caryous Johnson for doing the movie justice because I was gon' let you know if it was trash! lol I'm just sayin'...
