The Royalty Tour...
How befitting! After a whirlwind 35th birthday-vacation trip to Accra, Ghana and a tour of the surrounding areas for The Year of Return and Chale Wote Street Art Festival, it was great to get back to the states to see two of my favorite artists at Barclays Center - Nasty Nas and The Queen of Hip Hop Soul and R&B! The rain didn't stop their fans from standing in long lines waiting to get into the sold-out concert. We were all ready to rock out on a hump day night. I know I was!
After powering through 354 work emails (the accumulation from being OOO for 11 days), a conference call, and designing three websites for upcoming client events while working from home, I was ready to shut down my laptop and close out #LeoSeason the right way! I'm so glad Nas and MJB decided to do a joint tour together. This is EXACTLY what the culture needed, and the show was legendary!
