Studio 54 on a Sunday?! Yes please!!! The 50 year old ultra-camp, cult classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show has come to Broadway! It’s whimsical, weird, and wild! All the things I love! I still remember sneaking to watch the movie when I was a pre-teen. It was wayyy ahead of its time. Did you know it’s the longest-running theatrical release in film history because it’s still in limited release?
And the casting… chef’s kiss! Rachel Dratch, Juliette Lewis, AND Michaela Jae Rodriguez like what?! Then they have Luke Evans in a jockstrap.
And of course I sat front row center because it’s Sunday Funday! Bravo to the entire cast and crew!
