I had to get one last matinee in before the Tony Awards tonight, and I picked Buena Vista Social Club!

Inspired by true events, you get a glimpse into the Afro-Cuban music scene in 1950s Havana. It received 10 Tony nominations and tied for the most this season, including Best Musical and Best Choreography. It’s sooo deserving! The music. The moves. The soul. The production. The whole cast. Perfection!

The musical is PHENOMENAL! Gotta love #SundayFunday on Broadway! 

And you know I had to stop by Radio City Music Hall before the show. Spotted: Leslie Odom Jr.!
